I've also built a digital marketing agency and consulting business and all the while balancing my work and personal life.

Anna's Journey
When I first arrived in Silicon Valley, US in 2014, I felt like a fish out of water. I had a background running my family business and a farm-to-table grocery shop, but I was determined to pursue my passion for marketing in the tech industry. However, I was met with obstacles and naysayers who told me I needed a proper education or specific skills to succeed. But I refused to let that hold me back.
I took a leap of faith and embarked on my journey, facing both triumphs and challenges along the way. I started with a wrong startup and even got let go from a job after just three weeks. I remember the frustration of failing job interviews and feeling like I wasn’t good enough. But I refused to give up. Through trials and errors, including working at 4 different startups and launching a digital marketing agency serving startups globally, I persevered and eventually became the Head of Marketing for a global tech startup with its headquarters in San Francisco and over 1 million users in just three years. I went on to become a hiring manager, building my team and hiring over 10 people.
Today, I advise global tech startups, mentor for 500 startups, and am a thought leader in the space, launching educational products.
